The village of LUMBILA is farmers' village. The school is a chance of a lifetime for these families which work on the field. They want that their children have access to the education, but our school, as any schools in Burkina, is paying. The State, does not take care of the salaries of the teachers, so the parents have to pay for them. Only the civil servants, who gain on average 40 000 CFA Francs (60 €) a month, can pay.
